Here you can enjoy exclusive amenities and excellent service. the Spa & Wellness Centre is a great experience with its fantastic jacuzzi and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool is heated and surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. the full body massage and body wraps are some of the best benefits of this hotel. the rooms are elegant, spacious, and private facilities offer luxury.

The only minor issue is the restaurant service, which could be improved. you can order from the poolside snack bar and enjoy the delicious Halal food.

Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff were super friendly and provided great service. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, yoghurt, different kinds of bread, and pancakes to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and the marina.

the check-in process was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had excellent staff who provided a high level of hospitality and made us feel like welcomed guests. The convenient location was a key advantage, and the continuous shuttle service to the nearby beach was a great bonus. Our room on the 38th floor had beautiful views and was well-equipped with kitchen supplies and amenities.

The lack of a shower in the bathroom and the absence of toilet brushes were uncomfortable aspects. the price of food and drink in Dubai was excessive compared to other parts of the world.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and close to many attractions. The hotel had a beautiful tower with an executive lounge, which was great. The room was immaculate and had a huge balcony with stunning sea and marina views. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast at Sloanes restaurant was delicious, with a wide selection of freshly cooked dishes and fruits. The hotel also had beautiful bars, lounge areas, and three pools to choose from.

The walkways leading to the hotel from the roads were insufficient for pedestrians.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Luxurious with super friendly staff. Service was top-notch and breakfast had plenty of choices. Loved the beach and pool at the sister hotel and tried out different fantastic restaurants on-site. The apartment we stayed in was bigger than expected and in a convenient location.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We were really surprised when we were unexpectedly upgraded to a spacious suite upon arrival. The club lounge provided excellent service and a wide variety of food and beverage options. The dining experiences at Toro Toro, Rhodes, and Bellavista were all excellent. The hotel's spa complex was well-equipped and the shuttle bus to the beach made accessing it easy. Despite the small outdoor pools, the overall experience at Grosvenor House was really good. Next time in Dubai, we will definitely be returning and combining our stay with a visit to the Al Maha hotel. I highly recommend this Luxury Collection hotel.

Our stay in this hotel was perfect. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was amazing with all the comfort we needed and very well equipped. The pool and beach sides are awesome and certainly located in the best part of town. We were close enough to the Marina and Mall of the Emirates to enjoy all the entertainment and shopping options. The service was excellent, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety. The view from our room was breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel offered a regular shuttle to a beach with access to pools, providing the best of both worlds.

One thing that can be improved is the access to the beach and pool sides. It would be great to have a tunnel or footbridge to cross the large road with a lot of traffic.

The hotel's location is superb, with a free shuttle to the beach and an abundance of restaurants in the nearby marina. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous view of the city. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. the hotel offered everything I needed for a great family stay, including beach facilities at the nearby Marriott.
